  The repeater (new one installed on 7/8/06), is a Kenwood TKR-750, and operates with a transmit frequency of 147.12 mhz., and receives on 147.72 mhz with a tone of 127.3 and is controlled by a Arcom RC-210. The repeater has an output of aprox. 22 watts, driving a Henry C130AB30R Amplifier, output of aprox. 160 watts into the Phelps-Dodge 6-cavity duplexers and into a Decibel Antenna, which is located at the top of a 300' tower, giving it an elevation around 1100'. The repeater is has a Peet Brothers Ultimeter 2100 Weather Station installed on it. The weather station will eventually be tied into the APRS digipeater. The repeater covers an area of aprox. 70 mile radius of Columbia.
